So, I’ve been pretty slack lately in relation to food habits. What is interesting is that it shows, reinforcing that there’s a strong connection between food and health, even over the short term. I can see a relationship quite clearly between the food choices that I’m making and the numbers on the scale, body fat percentage etc. This is carrying over as well into how I feel, and from the perspective of running, how I perform. Time to get back on track.
